  • Iowa Chad Larson Experience slide down five spots to #20 after getting upset by St. Louis Chalice and finishing second at West Plains Sectionals.
  • In the always competitive NorCal Sectionals, San Francisco Polar Bears dropped games to both Blackbird and Classy, but just hang on to their spot in the Power Rankings at #25.
  • In another Sectional upset, New York XIST were topped by Brooklyn Grand Army, seeing the first year squad fall all the way out of the Top 25. They are replaced in the rankings by Seattle Birdfruit who played BFG close in the Washington Sectionals final.

Women’s Discussion

  • Two Canadian teams, Quebec Iris and Ottawa Stella, drop out of the rankings this week as they elected not to participate in the USAU Club Series.
  • In their place, Vancouver Sneaky House Hippos, who put up a great fight against Underground in Washington Sectionals and own a win over Schwa earlier this season, slot in at #23.
  • Pittsburgh Hot Metal return to the rankings after dropping out in late July; they edge past Philadelphia Green who they beat in the Founders Sectional final.

Editor’s note: A previous version of this week’s rankings included Quebec Iris and Ottawa Stella at #22 and #23 in Women’s, but were updated to reflect their dropping from the Club Series.
