With a poor showing at Chesapeake Open, Huntsville Freaks slip out of the Top 25. Replacing them are the Chesapeake champions, Richmond Floodwall, making their first appearance in the rankings since August of last year.

Back on the field for the first time in almost two months, Washington DC Space Heater did not have the return they hoped for, losing two games at Chesapeake with a short roster, dropping them down to #11 in this week’s rankings.
Going the other direction are Boston Snake County and West Chester LOCO. The winner and runner-up at Chesapeake respectively, they both move up a few notches to reach all-time highs in the short history of their programs.
At the other end of the rankings, two Northeast teams — New York XIST and Connecticut Metro North — drop out of the Top 25 after taking some rough losses in Maryland. Filling those vacated slots are a Princeton Jughandle squad who had a solid showing at Chesapeake with multiple wins over ranked teams, and long-time division stalwart Iowa Chad Larsen Experience, who have enjoyed an undefeated start to their season through two mid-level midwest tournaments.
With no ranked teams in action over the weekend, there are zero changes to the women’s Power Rankings this week. That said, after taking home the Chesapeake Open crown in their second straight undefeated tournament victory, Virginia Rebellion inch ever closer to the list and could sneak into the rankings soon.
