- Cal Poly SLO upset top seeded UC San Diego in the SoCal Conference semifinal to advance and claim the title over UCLA.
- Victoria, Oregon, and Western Washington all beat up on each other at Cascadia Conferences. Victoria claimed two victories over Oregon, the second coming by one point in the third place game, while Chaos lost their one-point match with Oregon the round before.
- Notre Dame and Michigan met in the Eastern Great Lakes Conference final for the fourth season in a row, with Echo coming out on top. They’ll hope to repeat the feat at Great Lakes Regionals in two weeks and make their first Nationals since 2017.

D-I Men’s Division Discussion
- Pittsburgh took the West Penn Conference title back from Penn State, winning 13-12 in a likely preview of the regional final.
- After a strong Easterns that netted UNC Wilmington a second AC bid, the Seamen played closer to their floor at Carolina Conferences, playing NC State close while losing by six to UNC.
- There were a number of upsets at Cascadia Conferences.((Though none would have topped Oregon State over Oregon in the final if the Beavers could’ve held onto their lead), beginning in pool play as Western Washington beat Victoria and Washington beat UBC to top their pools. Washington also beat Victoria in quarters, but the Vikes recovered with wins over UBC and Western Washington to make their way through the backdoor and finish third.
- California gave UC Santa Cruz a scare in their second-consecutive NorCal Conference final meeting. Ursa played the Slugs to 12-10, a sharp turnaround from their ten-point loss at Presidents’ Day Invite.
- UBC split with Wash and loss to UVic and WWU
- Utah Valley enter the rankings with a 12-11 win over Utah in the Big Sky Conferences, flipping a 12-11 loss they’d taken to Zion Curtain at Presidents’ Day Invite.

D-III Women’s Division Discussion
- The biggest leap of the first weekend of the postseason came from Lewis & Clark Artemis. They earned another spot at Nationals with a 14-12 win over Portland and nearly took down Whitman in pool play.
- St. Olaf came into the weekend with a legitimate shot at a top seed at Nationals, but those hopes were likely dimmed by losses to Carleton and Macalester. But they did what was needed against Winona State to claim the region’s third bid.
- New England generated some waves with results in their Conference Championships. Amherst topped both Mount Holyoke and Williams to earn a return to the top 25. Wellesley took dominant 15-2 wins in an undefeated showing. Don’t expect these teams to stay in their place after Regionals.

D-III Men’s Division Discussion
- Among the minor movements in the division, perhaps the most notable is St. Olaf dropping from the top five. They got ran over 15-6 by Carleton CHOP in the Western North Central title bout.
- Though Santa Clara avenged a surprise loss to Occidental in pool play to make the final in the Southwest, it put a dent in their ranking.
